We didn't just lose to a team that sported 2 more regular season wins than us - - we got destroyed. Not acceptable. Change is needed.

I think the change we need in our philosophy is to get rid of the huge offensive lineman that can't even drive block. If we are going to keep Garrett then we need to get smarter more mobile lineman who can at least pass block for more than two seconds.

I really don't think most people have any idea how many sacks Tony Romo has prevented with his mobility this year. Put Kurt Warner or Joe Flacco back there and you will really see what we have.
