The bottom line is that if Parsons goal was to get paid, he achieved his mission. If his goal was to get paid by Dallas, he strategically mismanaged his side of the negotiations

Speaking for me personally, his new prediction videos, specifically the nfc east, shows too much of his podcaster persona in which in my eyes was a big distraction..

I was/am a fan of his ability to sack the quarterback. But I also know how to appreciate on field talent while separating personal character dislikes.

I am not a fan of the me first podcast environment that Micah promotes. It's unfortunate that this is the world we live in nowadays.

BUT I choose to separate the two and accept the fact that he was/is a true elite passrusher while not having the most appealing of character/personality traits

Kind of like a T.O. actually who I still think was the most dominant player at his position but whose personal ego I somewhat despised.

Another example is Aaron Rodgers, Rodgers, especially the somewhat younger version, was one of the more gifted pure passers of a football of this generation.
His character/personality leaves alot to be desired for my tastes.

I take people at face value until shown otherwise. Someone tells us it's about max dollars I believe him. Someone says being the highest paid player isn't the most important thing, I'm rich either way. Just don't pocket the money or bring a guy in off the street and use my money to pay him more, I believe him too. What doesn't sound reasonable about that. And as far as saying they're both at fault, that's just a cop out. We weren't there. But we have history to judge and Jerry is historically a rump hole in negotiations. There is no reason to think he wasn't again.

I don't know if he's lying. I just don't know if he's telling the truth. Not exactly the most truthful guy. But it's not even about him. I don't believe his agent for a second lets him take that deal.

It's not like no other player has signed a team friendly deal in order to help the roster. Players decide. The agent works for them. There's more to a deal than the average annual salary.

Never seen a Cowboy do it. Not on the first deal. I wouldn’t even expect anyone to do that on their first deal. The agent works for them but the agent also runs a business. If an agent doesn’t maximize the money they can get why would a player sign with them? It’s why the same 3 or 4 agents have all the clients. It’s also why nobody signed with Master P after the Ricky Williams deal.
