Not the end.

Fix the offensive line. With time Romo will set all the records as a QB.

Add a cornerback and move Newman down the depth chart.

Find a better safety than Hamlin.

Get Bennett and RW11 involved.

Get Ogletree on the field.

There are too many signs that this team has heart and comes to play.
Yesterday we were beat by a better team.

This is not more of the same, as some suggest.

This is the window opening for us.

I think the first one is going to be addressed here soon. It's going to have to be. Just can't have the same 5 guys starting again in September. If they do, then next season is over before it starts. The current starting line is just not that good.

I don't know about Newman being moved down the depth charts– yet. I think he's going to be the starter for one more year.

Mike Hamlin could be a starter come September. That wouldn't surprise me.

No question RoyW will have to be a bigger part of the offense. That's a big problem.

I think you've touched most of the problem areas. Obviously everyone sees the O-line as THE issue right now. The problem is which pieces need to be tweaked or replaced to get the overall unit where it needs to be.

This could be a little more difficult than "we need to find a new #1 WR."

Interestingly, beyond the O-line there are a lot of positions that could stand improvement even if its with essentially the same personnel.

But overall, its more continuity than change which is good because one wonders how much roster change is actually possible under the rules of this coming offseason.

This team seriously needs to get Roy involved or that trade him will go down as one of the worst in our franchise history. Roy style of play is the perfect compliment opposite of miles, the connection between him and romo just hasnt been there!

The O-line no joke needs a major overhaul. Sick of the continuous blown assignments and stupid penalties from the group.

I'm hoping Scandrick will be able to make the type of jump that Jenkins made from last year to this year because newman play really dropped this year and well if newman doesnt bounce back Scandrick will have to replace him!

Hamlin needs to go but i could see the team sticking with him which would be a mistake...

I think we need 1 more explosive playmaker on offense that we can get involved for maybe 10-15 plays per game as a rookie. Would like to see this get done in rd 1 or 2 of the upcoming draft.

OL we need to draft as well but I have never been for drafting an OL in rd 1. I think you can get this done in rds 2-3.

Marty B I believe will come back strong, he's great as a blocker and just needs to take his game to the next level. He will be in yr 3 and some guys it just takes them a little longer...I think he will add a lot to offense nxt yr.

Defense should be outstanding next yr and hopefully all the lb's that we drafted will add an infusion of youth and playmaking ability.

As Jerry would say, the arrow is pointing up. I think we just need a couple of more pieces.
