The only real change that matters is the Jones family stepping back and letting someone run the operations. The family can show up on media day and such. Jerry can even talk about the team from time to time but in the end, nothing matters unless they step back as a group and that will never happen. So even only winning 5 games in a season won't matter.

This team is the Raiders during the end of the Al Davis era. I can’t see anyone unless they are desperate coming in here to coach this mess. The Joneses mistake was not signing Dak and CeeDee earlier. I think Jerry was trying to act tough but then folded. If plan was to sign them then why wait. I think Jerry wanted the spotlight again so the shows will talk about the Cowboys. I really want to enjoy this draft process coming up but I know Jerry will do something stupid with one of the top 3 picks like he does every year. If the Cowboys really stink it up the rest of the season, I could see Jerry drafting Deion’s son with the our first pick just for attention. Hay, that is what the Falcons did.

The job has never been attractive since Jerry took over. This team is bad dude. Atlanta is not a good team and they dominated us. MM will be getting all the heat from the media. I bet Ben Johnson would not take this job and I know Jerry won’t hire him anyway. You really think to highly of the organization. We have big problems that is gonna take years and luck to solve.
This will always be an attractive job cause of the attention they get.
Yea....fans are fooling themselves if they think Jerry can't hire any coach he wants. As stated earlier, I can't any coach Jerry wanted to hire but was rejected.

Coaches love to come here, just look what it did for Quinn. He just had an awful playoff showing and landed the Washington job.
I only see two easy games left on their schedule and they are just 1 game behind the #1 pick. If they landed a top 3 pick, you could trade back and change your franchise in a hurry.
Something that's overlooked is I know we bash Jerry about being his own GM but pretty sure coaches love working directly with him as GM and owner.
Parcells wasn't given full control and he worked well with Jerry. However, he did convince Jerry to change things for the better, like the offseason and the draft process.
