So you pick one out of several points and all of a sudden it's everything? Lol, learn how to count
I should have added all of your other wrong points too. Sorry. Like signing Wagner, never was going to happen for millionth time and cutting zeke.

OMG dude you’re so correct. It’s always the strangest crap ever. I think Luepke thought it was a decoy play. And it would be something we would pull down there on the 1. Let’s not just call the play to hand the dang ball off to a 230 pound FB that just got a few short yard pick ups for you. No matter how fins lined up if they handed it off to Luepke he would have scored. He knows just where to dive to pick up that yard. It’s easy money. Quit being cute and hand it off… Would like to hear Luepke or Dak explain what happened. But also if Pollard stretched the play to the pile on then it’s an easy TD. That play needed to go to Dowdle or didnt we bring Malik Davis up from PS.
I'm thinking it was on Luepke for missing the call, but also on the coaching staff for not using him in this way all year. Luepke wasn't prepared, and I do put that on him, but the lack of preparation is on the coaching staff.

Dallas had over $20 million of cap space this offseason and the guy they chose to sign was Edoga.

The obsession here with Dak's cap hit is weird, especially since it impacts nothing. All QB contracts across the NFL can be restructured to create all the space a team wants. The Saints were $20 million OVER the cap at the start of last offseason and still were able to make moves.
Mahomes disagrees w/ you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Edoga, yes. Luepke, no. Too early in the game to blame it on him. The Cowboys took the lead after that, twice.

I have no idea what Edoga was thinking letting Chubb come free multiple times in this game. But On one play if looked like the LB was coming on a blitz, Edoga rightly shifted inside to take him but then the guy backed off the blitz and Chubb came in unblocked. Tough play for Edoga. But a couple of other times he just let Chubb rush unblocked. No doubt the missed Tyron.

I'd like to know why the offense fell off a cliff after the first two drives. It looked to me like Miami began to blitz Dak sending 6 and forcing him to get rid of it too quickly. The Cowboys never adjusted. I read that Dak was rushed 42% of his drop backs. I saw a lot of 6 man rushes by Miami. This is the problem with not having a running game. If the Cowboys could have hit a couple of draw player or other runs on those blitzes Miami would have been forced to respect the play action.

Also, with that kind of pass rush, wouldn't it be good to have a decent screen game?
Lol is everyone here related to Luepke? He absolutely cost us the game. He threw away 7 pts and we lost by 2

Someone threw away a lot more than that by going scoreless for 2 quarters. He threw away 17 pts and we lost by 2.

Bottom line. Your teams has the lead and your defense has to make a stop. They failed as usual. The defense loss the game.

All parties involved are to blame but Dak was not. He stuck it where it is supposed to be. Unless Luepke has an actual fumbling problem then I blame a lot on MM. He always used a FB in his system and went and got apparently from college a very good one. Gave the kid 3 carry’s all year. Now your going into the playoffs and your doing what.. Going to spring this weapon on the NFL. I would like to hear the explanation behind this. We brought Malik back up from PS where was he. We keep trying to push Pollard down our throats. He is not a starter…

Bottom line: If your O sucks for over 2 quarters, they failed. The O lost the game.

Since I'm not sure what happened, all conjecture, I don't think we should absolve anyone of blame.

Sure, there are a ton of reasons that contributed to the loss. But, without the fumble by a slow, below average rookie, and without the ineptness of a waste of a roster spot LT, we probably win this game!
Both Luepke and Edoga would not earn a practice squad spot on most teams. We must do better at those positions!! They should both be fired the day after Christmas.

I'll go with that bit/ a team thing.

Meanwhile though.

You won't want a:
And
Jersey in the Christmas sales then.

Coz if

The jerseys could be snapped up cheap before being pulled from the DC fans store, just saying.

Are you giving Edoga a pass also. Lmao. One play he saw chubb coming at him and just ran the other way and acted like he was helping Tyler block his guy. He got Dak nailed..

Oh gads no. He shouldn't have made the team, and that is on the GM for poor backup personnel. Can I name 3?

It doesn’t work that way. Besides, how is that any different than a punt on the opening drive? Neither produced a score. Dallas took the lead….twice. It was not lost in the 1st quarter, blame quarters #2 and 3.

They didn’t lose because of Luepke, that was the opening drive. Now, Edoga should have had more help, get a TE or two next to him. There were far bigger issues than the early fumble.
Handoff wasn't Luepkes fault. The MVP didn't put it in the breadbasket.
