Usually a 30 spot means you win. How is this all on Dak? Was he playing special teams or defense today?
I wish people would stop with the 30pt argument, they scored 24 in the first half and only 6 in the second. If it were 24-0 going into the 3rd then maybe you'd have a point, but the fact is the offense didn't show up after halftime.

They mean nothing? Stats tell a story......if you look deeper into Flacco's stats you will see he has sucked if you check his passing yards and touchdowns.

Personally....I think Case Keenum has been good.

Stats are largely useless. The eyes tell a far better story because they take into account EVERYTHING.

And what does your eyes tell you about Dak?

He's young, and he doesn't understand what he's seeing. He can't read coverages and blitz schemes. His feet are all over the place and his eyes are everywhere. Teams are bracketing Beasley and Witten and making him make throws he doesn't feel comfortable with.

That's why he wants the hell out of the pocket. It's confusing to him in there.

So basically he's playing like a second year pro?

Goff's performance was mindblowing, yet he had virtually the same statline as Dak. 1 more completion and like 3 more yards while Dak had
Goff looks great because he has a real offensive mind as his head coach.

I wish Dak had a guy like that.

Coaching definitely matters. Goff goes from looking like a bust to one of the best qbs in the span of a year. I keep telling people Fisher ruined Vince Young and he was about to ruin Goff until they got rid of him. Our problem is that our offense is entirely based on outtalenting other teams. If our O-line isn't blowing diesel truck sized holes to run through, then Zeke is just going to get shut down. If the other team has above average corners, then Dez will be invisible. With all of this talent, a real modern offensive mind who isn't limited by Garrett's system would be shredding teams.

our line was so great last year, paying Leary was a tough choice with so much cap just on the line plus we had La el and Green and Cooper it seemed we could replace Leary playing between 2 all pros. then Free retired but everyone seemed to think he was garbage lol
maybe not?
now i think the poor left guard play is not only hurting the run and pass protection but making Tyron and Travis struggle at times. they not getting that steady game from Chaz. Martin having trouble with La el starting beside him it seems.
maybe the line will keep getting better but i donr know. i think it is the big problem for everything on offense. if we could run then pass would work right? we cant run on first down.
fix that and it helps everything even defense because then they sit more.

Uh, the top picks get picked by bad football teams. Was last year your first draft? Goff inherited what Troy Aikman did when he was drafted.

His talent was clearly evident yesterday. Dude took shots and delivered on the money. Huge arm.

Goff was firing lasers while Dak was floating ducks up for grabs.
Look at those "Lasers" against Seattle.

Teach me more about how the game of football is played please.

Easy. Garret and Wilson. The club needed to hire the College coach that taught him what he knew coming into Dallas. The Cowboys have zero QB coaching.
agreed
that guy taught Dak to be a pro
wait
except Dak never took snaps under center
maybe since Dak not only learned how to run a prostyle offense in 1 off season and not just run it but get better and better until he was setting a dozen rookie records
maybe those guys taught him something after all!
i sometimes agree with you but comeon zero coaching?
Dak and his coaching are the least problem
