thats not it hes still a bit butthurt we asked him to take a cut or leave , he left ..im betting he was asked to coach here and there and this was a way to further let the cowboys know he wasn't happy about that..

Considering here was here coaching for nothing and helping out, I think you may just be wrong. He also retired a Cowboy
 
So fans using this as another reason to find fault with the team. :facepalm:

Who says he will be automatically a good coach. He may not bring them anything. Heck, People like Leon Lett, I like Leon Lett, but I don't think he is all that of a good coach just because he was a good player. What DT's has he truly developed or helped?

But fans will blame away as usual.

No, anything less than DWare standing outside the training facility holding a Boombox over head ala John Cusack means that someone, somwhere is incompetent. Or something.

i'm sure a part time consultant is free to work elsewhere if he chooses to do so. it's not like he's their employee. I agree with you. no harm, no foul.

I doubt it. Every time I heard Ware speak, it was classy. What you're suggesting is childish and pouty. I never saw any evidence whatsoever to make one think that, and quite a bit of evidence to the contrary.

Ware went where the job offer was. Maybe to what is a better run organization.
 
People( like myself) hated watching moore transtion from player to primetime position coach... I’m sorry I get Ware was a great player but that doesn’t mean he can coach..

Hell maybe he can cut his teeth with the broncos and we can bring him back once he has some season to him

/plus we are running a 4-3 while the broncos still run a 3-4 if I’m right which did ware prefer? Hmmm
