This Team does not believe in what they're doing.

Watching today's debacle made one thing crystal clear to me: This team, especially the secondary, has no faith in what they are doing out there.
They are given cover schemes that absolutely make no sense at all. Their best WR makes a TD with LB Singleton badly trailing. 6-3 Roy Williams hauls in TD after TD with 5-7 Aaron Glenn standing there helpless to do anything about it.

What is this team doing? I have never seen a series of games coached so poorly as I have these last four games. It is also clear that Parcells is just happy to get into the playoffs. He seems to think this team is just going to turn on the afterburners, and blow everyone away.

Wake up Jerry. Fire this guy as soon as the season is over, (which will be right after the Seahawks game). We need a coaching staff that know what they're doing, and that the players believe in.

Watching TO trot out with 7 seconds left in the half against Philly to defend a hail mary was the epitome for me of how bad some of the game decisions have been by this coaching staff.

Well at least we're all on the same page. I don't believe in what they're doing either.

It's a shame but very true

These guys can't even do 1st grade football, like taking good angles to the ball carrier, or if a receiver gives a head fake then Henrys jock is on the bench. Roy needs a compass to be able to figure out where he needs to be. Fundamentals are not there strong point.

That is the best way to put it.

We are basically forgetting how to play on a basic level.

That is why I refuse to lay all of the blame on the coaching staff.

That suggests a lack of effort and concentration on the part of the players.

Not to mention poor practice, I mean what do they do in practice, do they practice? Seriously I can't tell.

Agree 100% with original post. Defense does not believe in the system and their confidence is shot.

Offense was the same last year and early this year until Romo came in and changed the style/dynamic.

If it's one or two players that's one thing, but when we seem to be fitting square pegs into round holes everywhere, that is silly.
