Teams take on the personality of their head coach. No one should be surprised that Dallas is comprised of underachievers who don’t have the mental makeup to win. That describes Garrett to a tee.
 
Byron Jones gave a halfhearted shove while basically a number of titans danced on the star. But at least 1 player made a feeble attempt. This is a soft football team and that episode last night was just a little taste of the big picture.
 
We should have won this game. We were more talented. Instead, we welcomed back Witten with a Cleveland steamer to the chest.

The head coach is a Tin Man. What do you expect from the guys that follow him?
 
Same as the o-line. No heart. I would not let this o-line carry the luggage of the members of “The Great Wall Of Dallas”...and how many round 1 picks did we spend on that o-line?
 
Heart isn't the problem. The team plays hard.

The issues are:

Lack of discipline
Lack of unit cohesion/unity
Poor technique/execution
Poor schemes on offence and defence
Poor awareness
QB that struggles to read the field
FS that struggles to discern routes
Awful TE play/lots of formations with 1 or more TE
Lack of ingame adjustments

Why should they? There are no consequences and their checks aint gonna bounce.

We need a player on the o-line with Kevin Gogan’s attitude...but even JG could suck the nastiness from him...
