The biggest issue this team has is not what an individual player is doing.

Typically those are errors made in the heat of battle.

The real issue with this team is on both sides of the ball they are not controlling the LOS. This will more than likely lead to an early exit.

Win the LOS in playoff ball and you will more than likely win the game. This is not what Dallas has been doing the last three games.

That's not a definition. It's a list of things that may or may not need improvement.

No they absolutely need improvement. Teams that lead the league in penalties do not win in the playoffs. Turnovers in the red zone lead to losing games. You cannot win 3 in a row and make the Super Bowl if your team is not able to be consistent. That means consistently avoiding turnovers, avoiding bad penalties, and being well coached. That is not the case right now.
