It’s difficult to look aggressive and salty as a defense when 5-7 guys you start are probably not talented enough to make another NFL roster.

When you have a GM who has zero ability to judge NFL talent then acts surprised that his team won’t make the playoffs for the 15th time in the last 26 seasons, this is what you get.

agreed. they are soft. they are mentally weak and I don't see a sense of urgency....simple stuff. you need 3rd and 7, don't turn 5 yards out...when everything is on the line, make sure you know who to block. don't force balls at critical times if you don't have to. and the defense, it takes a war and peace novel to describe how bad they suck.
