This team is stacked, but how do we rein in Dak, use him in an efficient and safe way?

You're looking at it the wrong way. You can't just use a run/pass ratio and think everything is ok. You have to actually be successful. A 3rd and 10 isn't any better even if you're running the ball 90% of the time.

Dallas needs a balanced attack. Look at how Romo and Dak played in 2014 and 2016. But teams have to respect our run, or the run/pass ratio won't mean anything.
A balanced attack is fine.
But what do you do with a JAG QB who is an interception leader?
Surely some allowance for dak seems in order.

Yes, me frustrated ruffians and pyramid schemers, we shant have any excuses this season.
We appear ready to go with experienced WRs, a Pollard in bloom and a line anchored by Martin.
Defence? Same. Stacked and hungry.

But what do we do with Deek?
How do the coaches minimize our JAG's INTs?
Will Fat Mac truly run the ball more to minimize Deek handling the ball?
Can our JAG resist the temptation to throw into tight windows?
Can Deek be weaned from his security blanket of TE sideline passes or at least learn that TEs can go vertical and into the flats?
Can Deek surrender his INT title to Cousins or Carr?

I say a 65%/35% run-pass ratio of running the ball is good.
Deek needs to be reigned in since we are stuck with him in 2023.

But how?
Holla and brings me a dollah!
Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak, Dak OWNS YOU!

A balanced attack helps. Romo was a turnover machine at times. But when the run game was good, more often than not he was passing against run defenses. Think of the Eagles and Jalen Hurts. Most teams are cheating against the run, making him a better passer. Same with Lamar Jackson in 2019.

Give Dak a good run game and he'll be passing against run defenses.

Hasn't been done in the last 12 years. Highest I could find was 59.7%/40.3% by the Bears last season. Only 6 teams in the league went 50/50 or more run %. Cowboys were 48.9%/51.1%.
And the only reason for that is because Fields is an elite RB playing QB.

Dude

We get it.

You’re trolling looking for the Dak fans to get mad and the Dak haters to chime in with support.

So transparent.

You can do better.

Figure out how he went from stinking against the Commanders, looking All World against Tampa, and then stinking against SF.
Because the rest of the league will be working to figure out that one too.

I remember the dak lovers crying wanting Moore to use the same game plan for dak as he did for Rush. Dak's ego will not let him play like that. He thinks he is as good as Mahomes. smh what excuses are used this year if he chokes again? Oh a new system, you can't expect him to learn a new system, he hasn't learned the old one in 7 years.

The problem with Dak is always gonna be that he is paid like a QB who can carry us but the reality is we need a team that can carry him.

We can win 3 of 4 games with a below average QB like Cooper Rush with the team we already have.
