This team is stacked, but how do we rein in Dak, use him in an efficient and safe way?

When you’re paying a QB $40 million per you don’t want to have to rein them in. Dak is being paid to carry a lot of the load he just needs to play better.

Not when it comes to turning the ball over
It was one season, it was an apparition. but some of you are acting like this is what he’s been doing his entire career and that’s not the case.

His accuracy issues are a bit overblown. He has almost a 67% career completion percentage. He does miss some easy throws that he should make, which is why so many make an issue about his accuracy, but some of it last season was on his receivers. Passes that should’ve been caught were deflecting off them. This added to his INT’s.

The pass he threw...after throwing the exact same pass that should have been intercepted...for an interception...

is baffling. He wants to be known for "accuracy" and completion percentage? While we blame WRs for deflections?

Not saying it's all on him...but...baffling really.

Yes, me frustrated ruffians and pyramid schemers, we shant have any excuses this season.
We appear ready to go with experienced WRs, a Pollard in bloom and a line anchored by Martin.
Defence? Same. Stacked and hungry.

But what do we do with Deek?
How do the coaches minimize our JAG's INTs?
Will Fat Mac truly run the ball more to minimize Deek handling the ball?
Can our JAG resist the temptation to throw into tight windows?
Can Deek be weaned from his security blanket of TE sideline passes or at least learn that TEs can go vertical and into the flats?
Can Deek surrender his INT title to Cousins or Carr?

I say a 65%/35% run-pass ratio of running the ball is good.
Deek needs to be reigned in since we are stuck with him in 2023.

But how?
Holla and brings me a dollah!
Call plays to use his strengths. Instead of the video game playbook Moore ran

When someone says stuff like fat Mac and Deek and JAGs I don’t take them seriously as to having a football related conversation.
Well then obviously you're failing us as a mod, this guy makes me look like a HERO!!! lol (just giving you a hard time pal!)

You have to put some of it on the WRs last season. They looked like they were playing volleyball. The one to Noah Brown that hit him in the hands cost us a game in OT. That being said some of the mistakes Dak made were inexcusable. He’ll make a great throw then turn around and make one that makes you scratch your head. The most troubling thing last season was his inconsistency.

I don't think this is remotely possible!!!! He thrives off the 5 yard safe passes, while other qb's are throwing it down the field to their TE's, 3rd and 9 for 5 yards to a TE is a successful play in this organizaton!

Yes there are. First off the 15 INTs, or specifically his 3.8% INT %, was about double his career average so the turnovers have not been a problem most of his career. That being said even last year the Bills would like to have a word with you about turnovers. The Ravens would like to have a word with you about turnovers in the 4th quarter.

The truth is Dak has 65 int's in 97 games in regular season games and in 6 playoff games he has 5.

For his career he has a TD/INT 166–65 ratio.

So you are saying there aren't teams with a QB worse than Dak?
