This team is stacked, but how do we rein in Dak, use him in an efficient and safe way?

I hope. This is a big change and I'm hopeful.
Jon grudens qb camp had km as probably not NFL qb but a good coach. That may be but not yet. Maybe his next gig, after "learning on the job" here....will go well for him.

In the meantime....I want this o line fixed....by "fixed" I mean solidified with the right ( and healthy) personnel and scheme.

Calvary to me means that and a big badd ax tight end.

Yup, and, for me, a NT who can shut down the run when we are on defence. I think we will be hard to pass against. I want a NT to make running on us just as difficult. Then, getting an olineman, RB, and a WR/TE would be wonderful.

I have it from good source your sis' neighbor in the doubles wide said a line with Martin and emerging online men made it a formidable one.

Your Sake crying towel was delivered today. Or look in the leasing office for the package.

Kelce...Oh, wait lad, Fergie. But wouldn't Kelce be wasted with a JAG like Deek?

You.

Who ARE your MLB AND SLB?

I get it.
Deek has hurt you as much as he hath hurt the fanbase. And your criticisms smear all. What you are saying is "The whole team sucks ... like Dak!"
Go and sin no more, altar boy.
So, duck up, Houston, this might be Deek's last year.
I must have hit a nerve for you to go off the rails like you did.

Dak lives in your head. Rent free. It's all dak all the time. Nothing but Dak.

It's actually sad to see. I feel for you.

Like the ones who bring up Dak lighting up Tampa's 30th ranked D, but forget the 4 picks and roughly 60 QBR rating the last couple years against the Niners? You mean those guys?
That's hilarious. You just did exactly what I said. And you thought you were being clever.

Way too funny...:lmao:

Look at who is winning and competing for Superbowls.

It’s not the overpaid Dak’s.

It’s the elites and Rookie contract QBs.
So find me an elite...tell us who? How.

And so are you suggesting when a rookie is finished then move on.

You are bamboozle yourself. Dude, read your own post.

Not bamboozling myself.

There was tags that allowed Dak to negotiate with other teams.

There was all sorts of ways to avoid this awful deal.

Cooper Rush, who isn’t very good, can win 3 of 4 games with this supporting cast. We can do better than Rush and still get a player that closer to Dak.

Dak’s arm talent isn’t that good and he isn’t very mobile at all anymore.

Eagles were stacked last year, and they went to the Super Bowl because of it. We are not stacked. We improved CB and WR, but we have a few areas that could easily prove to be our weak link.

DT -- We have never ever employed the kind of 3-tech this scheme calls for, a game-wrecker who can take the defense from top 10 to elite.

OL -- We've got questions at left guard still, especially if we are planning on keeping Tyler at left tackle and playing Tyron at right tackle as Jerry has said.

RB -- Had one of the top ones last season, but he's coming off injury and his success came in tandem with a power back. What Elliott contributed is not impossible to replace, but this is another spot where the potential replacement at the moment was a dumpster bin pickup.

TE -- Even though we saw some promise from the young tight ends, one of them has to show he can go from promise to providing at least what Dalton Schultz did. That's not a gimme.

There are holes, or at least question marks, that should keep us from saying this team is stacked. Some of those may be fixed in the draft, some may be fixed by players already on the roster or some may prove to be the weak link that breaks.

It’s pretty obvious you don’t like Dak if you think his rookie season was just decent. He had one of the best rookie seasons for a QB ever. In three of his first five seasons he had single digit INT’s. In those three seasons combined he only had 16 INT’s and you’re saying it was an apparent after his rookie season that he had turnover issues?
Dak had an excellent rookie season.

Perhaps, but I like the fact we're going to be using quicker plays and slants instead of curl routes. That should improve things.
Have to build/improve/ this offense through the draft at this point to achieve what you're saying at this point.
FAs drying up, its draft and FA, that final cut down for all teams could be a smorgasbord of riches.
Cowboys wont be the only team making some hard cuts, there is some strategy in sifting through other teams cuts if it can bridge a gap.

Oh, yeah, lad. Like we can get some plutonium for the DeLorean and return to his first season.
The NFL called and time travel is not allowed. I could have told you tha because I inquired within about Stauback QBing our team.
You can always go back to what works. Making a mistake about it. Change is inevitable.
