Why? Because Mahomes had his tied highest TD total of the year (he threw 4 Touchdowns and lost)....and his 2nd highest QB rating of the year. For the majority of the game... yeah it looked like he wasn't getting what he wanted and even Chiefs fans were blaming him, but he didn't turn the ball over.

What were the chances of us winning when Mahomes doesnt turn the ball over? That would require the offense to play better than theirs. And we did.

They only lost to the Jags because Mahomes threw a pick 6 (unfortunate one... probably shouldnt've went for 6). They lost to the Eagles because ball bounced off of Kelce's hands into the Eagles'. They lost to the Bills because Mahomes threw a pick at 4:19 left in the 4th. Broncos? Same.

So for us to beat Mahomes when he played probably better today than he did against all 4 of those teams makes this a REAL win.

They won because of the refs. 2 different scoring drives given to them on not even questionable pass interference calls, but absolutely bogus calls.

It's okay enjoy the false hope for a while longer.

You need to change your avatar to another team maybe KC. You are not a real fan. How can think that. Did you say the same thing during the Eagles game? Cuz I saw more questionable calls in that game then this one.

If someone would have told me that on the 3rd snap of the game Dak would throw a pick and the Chiefs wouldn’t turn the ball over along with Mahomes throwing 4 TDs. I would have believed we got blown out. In fact I picked us to lose before I knew all that. Lol, I’m happy to say I’m getting my butt kicked on the JFF pick em pools. Very, very happy to lose the JFF pick game if it means we beat the Eagles and the Chiefs. Fun night and a good Thanksgiving day.

The defense in back to back weeks really turned it up after they got settled in. The dline has the talent, if they do they secondary can keep getting better this D could be really good. And the offende can be explosive

I feel like this is the game Schotty won me over. Last week could be a fluke but 2 weeks in a row? Nah. These last two weeks have been as close to playoffs as you can get in the regular season and he had some good playcalling today.
 
We're going to have to hear "We're the team nobody wanted to see in the playoffs. The league got lucky in 2025" for years aren't we?
 
Dak did it. Dak beat Mahomes. He beat a QB with real skins on the wall...two weeks in a row.
 
Even when we were losing I never felt like the team was tuned out on Shotty. Now they have the players gaining confidence with two gritty wins last two weeks. Against SB participants no less.
 
Let's also give flus his flowers. He's got the players now to implement his scheme.
