This was a real win

Kansas City needed this game as bad as we did
We out played them, in the pit our defense line was better than their offensive line
And that’s where games are usually one and lost

Let's also give flus his flowers. He's got the players now to implement his scheme.
Hes getting them but without an edge that can consistently bring heat and another upgrade at LB and Safety, id say he still needs a bit more before his scheme can be maximized.

It just takes time to go from a roster that ranked 32 to an above average one, but the progress is real

Turpin recovering that fumble in the fourth quarter was huge to this win. It's the luck that makes championships.

Win or lose Mahomes is a magician. That play where he escaped the ankle tackles of Williams and Ezeiruaku, then threw the ball on a dime to a wide open receiver to put the Chiefs in scoring position late in the game was classic Mahomes and a reminder of why the Chiefs won 3 Super Bowls.

6 loss Chiefs.

Love the win!

Fwiw….5 other teams had already done it to KC this year before us

They won because of the refs. 2 different scoring drives given to them on not even questionable pass interference calls, but absolutely bogus calls.

It's okay enjoy the false hope for a while longer.

I know, right. The fans can't admit it when the refs help us and things even out in the long run.

;)

Agreed. That was definitely a "Is he even human?" moment.
