This was embarassing

The only excuse I can come up with for Smith is that he misjudged where he was on the field. Thinking the endzone was mere steps away, not 5 yards. This usually happens on the sidelines when a player will lose track of where it is and can sometimes make tackles out of bounds. Because two hand touch is a bit uncharacteristic for Jaylon.

This is a clip where I don’t necessarily think the perception is the reality. Smith was out there almost every snap last night and was playing HARD. Flying around, him and LVE. Maybe he misjudged where the goal line was and or thought MM was going to slide didn’t want to get flagged for another bogus UR call like LVE did shortly before.

I don’t have an issue with this. Jaylon was a beast last night when the offense couldn’t get the job done. It should’ve been 31-14 at halftime.

I noticed this too, and was stunned. But whatever happened I don't think it's worth making a big deal out of because Jaylon was very aggressive and played well last night. One play doesn't define his game.
