I'm not going to stop watching. I'm going to watch every game like I have for the past 20+ years. I'm going to hope that we correct the mistakes that prevent us from winning. And yes, I do expect us to win every game we play. It may not happen that way, but yes, I go into every game with the expectation that we will win IF we play mistake-free football and don't shoot ourselves in the foot. 16-0 is not impossible. That "Oh we were bound to lose some games anyway" mentality is loser talk. Every game that was lost last year and the one we lost this year should have been a victory (with the excpetion of the Rams game and first Giants loss). I don't see why I need to be even keen and expect the team to lose.

I hope they win every time they hit the field and it hurts when they lose but the reality is you’re not going to win every week. The NFL has seen 1 perfect season the 71 Dolphins, Pats almost pulled it off as well other than that it does not happen much. Dallas lost like you I hope they correct the problems go out and do better next week and at the end of 16 games we will see where we stand. I still don't see the need to over react after only 2 games, the season did not end last night it is only beginning

I can't speak for anyone else, but the reason for my overreaction (Hey, at least I'm man enough to admit it) is mot just because of last night. It comes from a combination of bad losses the pass few years when we walk away with a loss against a good team we should have beaten, notably the Steelers, Ravens, and Giants. That's why I said we've seen it before. If a team is better than us, then so be it, I'll eat that with ease, like the Patriots loss two years ago. But when we lose to teams that we should beat because of our own mistakes, that is hard to swallow. We gift-wrapped the Giants that win last night.

Now this is an outlandish statement. Who cried Superbowl? I'm looking to week 3...

That's why when someone asks which games will be easy I always say none of them.

I am absolutely astonished with the amount of little babies on this website. This is my second season here, and I really can't believe how fast people jump ship. IT'S FREAKIN WEEK 2 PEOPLE!!!! Dear God.... The passing game looked great week 1, but it looked horrible week 2. The running game looked soft week 1, but freakin pounded the G-Girls into oblivian week 2!!! The defensive line looked old week 1, but looked great week 2. OUR SECONDARY LOOKED HORRIBLE WEEK 1, AND LOOKED HORRIBLE WEEK 2!!!!!!!!

I'm scrolling through the new posts, and I see "Is Kitna a better option?" "Calling McGee", "Kill Jason Garrett". You guys sound like a bunch of winey little *****es!!!

Suck it up like real men, and move the heck on! Not many teams are putting up 30 points a week! It's a long season folks, so get your panties out of a bunch a take a freakin chill pill!

A true fan is their in the good times and the bad!

:bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2:

And not many teams are being gashed in the Running and Passing game like our defense.

Me personally, a playoff win would be like a super bowl at this point. It's all I care about: one playoff win. When some ****** eagles fan asks me when the last time the cowboys won a playoff game was, I want to be able to say a few minutes ago :)

I can't hardly take not having won a playoff game in so long. It almost physically hurts.

That never has bothered me .... I tell them just like my Sig says.

The Eagles have not won a championship since the Cowboys won their first game.

All playoff wins mean is a lower draft choice ..... and unless you win the big one it aint worth it.

I understand you guys pain ..... I really do ..... I would have punched Romo right in the mouth last night.

But I am over it ..... if the Cowboys flop this season it is not gonna help if you are negative all year before it happens.

I will keep positive because that is the only way you can enjoy the season.

I'll get over it too man. It's just taking more time because of the stadium thing. Losing the last at Texas stadium and the first at Cowboys stadium is sticking in my craw and it hurts more than usual. I apologize if I have been an *** about anything. Like I said I'll get over it too.. I just need another day or so.

The problem is, we've already seen how this team responds. They will beat up on Carolina and some other scrub teams, get everyones hopes up, and then when that big game comes and we play someone good, we lay an egg and find miraculous never seen before ways to lose, and I am tired of watching these re-runs.

Some people are comfortable with it. I'm not I'm flat out sick of it.

criticize is one thing but calling you team loser and wanting to ship the qb out after the first loss of the season is just a bit over the top dont you think?

Yeah, calling for the quarterback to be shipped out after one loss is extreme. But I still see that as posters wanting our quarterback to be better than he is.

This site is the most resourceful information not just for the Cowboys but for the NFL period. JMO.

I second that emotion. This site rocks despite me!

Kitna is not a better option as a starter. I'm pissed as hell at Romo, right now, but starting Kitna isn't the answer. Benching Romo's *** last night might have made him wake up a bit. As far as next week goes, it's Romo, as it should be. I would have a tight leash on his ***, though. I know that much.

I used to be the one trying to get folks off the ledge. This loss is sooooooooooooooooooooo different. It was a WINNABLE GAME.. it's the same mistakes over and over.. it's so hard to deal with. The Giants had no business being in that game.

Doomsday101;2959128 said:
You notice that as well. I see nothing wrong with someone being critical but so many go over the top.

Romo played bad? Yes he did but to say Kitna should now start? It really is sad how some fans freak out so easy thankfully they don't run the team

I agree, Dooms. And yeah, Romo played poorly at times. Yet he had some good plays.

We all will be ok in a few days ..... I have been too aggressive toward some of you guys who are still pissed .... thats my nature.

And for that I apologize.

Romo is a ******* some times ...... but he is our ******* and he still has a good shot at being great.

They just need to get this thing righted.

True he had some good plays but overall Romo play cost us. He said it himself after the game on the post game interviews. He knows he played poorly and because of it we lost. Game over.

We are 1-1 with another game coming up, players will have the day to think about it this and then move on. There is no time for pity, gets yourself up, dust yourself off and go right back to work and that is what Romo and this team will do. As long as I have been involved in sports that is the only way I know.
Romo had a bad game it happens and sooner or later will happen again those who never played a bad game never played the game it happens to the best of them.

You've got nothing to apologize for. At the end of the day we all just want to win and the bickering is just part of the process of getting over a loss. If we'd won we'd all be loving each other right now. I agree with your post regarding Romo and just getting this thing righted. Maybe this loss needed to happen to wake Romo up.
