This would disappoint me

I know how most of yall feel about the guy, but I don't care..Taylor Mays is going to be ballin in the NFL at the Safety position for years to come, watch. I'll be happy with either him or Nate Allen

dbair, you happen to root for a team that USC plays?

Nope. I actually like USC and firmly believe they've been hosed out of a number of national championships by the BScs.

As I've pointed out numerous times. they are on TV a ton. It isnt like the evidence of Mays being ho-hum on the field isnt out there for all to see.

All can see and I don't understand why people love him so much. The guy isn't a play maker and people only like him because of his flash and hard hits. My sig says it all. Allen > Mays and the Boys shouldn't take Mays over Allen at 27. And yes the Boys are interested in Nate Allen, he has been in for a visit.

A freak who isnt much of a football player.

I am pretty sure Pete Carroll wasn't in the business of starting shoe salesmen at safety, especially with all the talent USC had.

I think it was Mosley who said the Cowboys have 1st rd grades on both Allen and Mays. Will be interesting to see what transpires if both are available.

Impossible, Mays is just as workout warrior.

It's more likely that Allen is available than Mays is. I really hope they pull the trigger on Allen if he's there.

Mays is rated higher on many peoples boards, which i don't understand. So Mays is most likely to be taken by a team before 27. Allen is rated as a high 2nd rounder by many, so he's most likely going to be there at 27.

I'll help you out here. It's because he's better. Hope that helps.

He's not, people love his measurables, that's why. Allen is a better play maker PERIOD And in my mind is better than Mays

PERIOD? Well in that case...

Wait, did you say "in my mind" ? If so, then we are good. Have a good one.

People are entitled to their own opinions. If you like Mays cause he's from SoCal then you are entitled to have that opinion. I like Allen because he shows more play making ability which we sorely lacked from that position last season. Tired of seeing our safeties not making plays on balls and I think Allen better fits that need. My opinion.
