I put together a great cowboy_ron compilation:

For those that would like to follow the entire tournament here is a link for you to do that...it will start on the 28th, however the first day is mainly for casino employees, then it kicks off in full force with hundreds of tournaments to be played.

For true poker lovers this is truly the super bowl for poker players, with literally thousands of players as well as spectators. Hope you enjoy.

http://www.wsop.com/

Acts like he's giving us inside info, then links to the generic WSOP website.

I've received several inquiries so I thought I'd post it here for those interested.

The "tentative" air date that I'm getting right now is that the high stakes Poker After Dark segment that we taped in January will be aired on NBCSN on Thursday June 7th..if it changes, I will update as more info becomes available.

Tells us he is going to be on Poker After Dark, a segment with generally 6 well known players, and then never updates and then get dodgy when probed, disappears in that thread, and then reappears here feeding us a line about internet anonymity. Good stuff.

Also, would like to point out that he posted that his Poker After Dark segment was filmed in January 2012 and would air in September 2012, yet they abruptly quit showing new episodes after September 2011, nearly a year before he claimed that it would air.

You can see the entire list of episodes here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poker_After_Dark#Schedule

I think we got bluffed again, it looks like he's full of ****. Vague claims and nothing to back them up and then disappears, what the hell? I'm semi pissed off at this point, smh....

Tom Dwan just might be the best poker player I have watched. I have not watched in a while but why this guy has not won the WSOP is a sin. I know the guys at the final table now are usually the ones that did the most sucking out through the event. Just because you are lucky does not make you a great poker player. But that is the Chris Moneymaker syndrome. Chris is probably the nicest poker player on the planet. Right below the luckiest....

Agree with you on both aspects. As to why Dwan hasn't won a WSOP; he really just doesn't seem to play them all that much. He is a strictly old school (well, not really) cash player. Those are different animals than the abc suckout type cards you seen in tournaments. Ivey has the bracelets and is probably the best cash game poker player in the world (even better than Dwan = amazing lay downs). Ivey started playin @ the AC casinos when he was 16 with a fake ID. I would rank them together though. The pros are intimidated by him outside of Ivey.

Phil Ivey is a big enigma to me. He's so well rounded and great at everything. He has bracelets in stud, Omaha, 2-7 Draw, and multiple mixed games. He has good at heads up play, cash play, and tournaments. Most good players are usually good at one area. Like Dwan, he is a NLHE and PLO cash game specialist. Guys like jungleman are heads up cash game specialists.

Please don't leave us hanging like your other threads amigo?

Did your poker after dark episodes ever air?

They were taped but not sure if they ever aired due to the Black Friday criminal case involving Full Tilt...there was also an issue with Pokerstars at the time as well....there is still talk of reviving it but no definitive answers on when that might occur.

I did intentionally not respond to the posts from those asking for info that I plainly stated I would not reveal and I explained why, so if they can't understand that then I don't know what else them other than don't respond to this thread

Dude, you start these posts every few months, never keep up with them, never tell us anything and then disappear.

Your whole secrecy bit and never telling us anything that would substantiate any of your claims is worn beyond tired and I think your full of it. Its freaking poker, not national security.

Folks, I think we're being catfished for no apparent reason.
