-Start of the season, we would of taken a split in our first 2 home games against two quality teams.
Offense
-Thought the offense had more balance, before they went conservative in the 2nd half.
-Didn't like the pitches to the outside for Zeke. Get him running downhill!
-Pollard has to get more touches in the run/pass
-OL didn't commit 1 penalty, that is a major accomplishment.
-Tyler/Farnoik had a few mental mistakes, did give up a sack. All and all they have held up thus far. Growing pains are expected out of 1st yr starters. Tyler has played as good as those 1st rd Tackles.
-Martin/Steele were getting a tremendous push in the run game.
-Noah Brown had his best game of his career.
-Cooper Rush was clutch throughout the game and was money on the final drive. Has earned the job.
-Shultz had issues again with his blocking and had a bad fumble that could of sealed the game.
Defense
-What can you say about Parsons, I actually felt bad for Collins in that matchup. You would think teams will start doubling him on every snap, it will be up to Quinn to get him into single matchups with scheme.
-It wasn't only Parsons, Armstrong had multiple sacks and I thought Fowler was very good.
-Sam Williams has to stop with these hands to the face penalties, we saw them in the preseason too.
-3 terrible penalties, 1 was on special teams that extended drives. 3 veterans no less.
-Run defense was better, but still remains this defense weakness.
-Thought the secondary played outstanding, although pass rush really helped.
-19 player drive, plus the 2 pt conversion was the only poor drive of the game. 2 TD's given up in 2 games.
-Diggs gets killed for his tackling, but made a huge stop to get the Bengals off the field.
Special Teams
-Maher made 2 FG's over 50 yards, 1 being the game winner. He has been money thus far, knock on wood.
-Turpin had a nice punt return that flipped the field.
-Semi almost blocked the punt, but did an excellent job not roughing the kicker.

Thanks for Sharing ....
According to Brad Sham, Rookie LB Harper (not DLaw as officials mistakenly claimed) made the critical offside mistake that drew the yellow,
and gave Cincy new life on 4th and 4 yards.
- The only way to deal and have a chance at slowing Parsons may be to implement two TE offense on a much frequent, full time basis,
And by doing that it’s gonna take away to sacrifice something from the offenses,.. no RBs in pass game ? ..no 3 or 4 WRs ?
And he is gonna have his fair share of one on one matches, and what team has All pro bookend OTs ?
Also we’re already seeing teams chipping an RB to help the OT vs Parsons . .. that’s why it’s imperative to keep moving Parsons around to keep offenses and coaches guessing
- The 19 play drive was a sign that our defense was getting gassed out as a result of being on the field too long, too often,
It’s a downhill defense that can wear down upfront if kept on field too long,
- Diggs usually gets killed more for giving up big plays vs pass, than tackling, .the Bucs game was the only game Ive heard him be drilled for .
- Mixon only had 57 yards rushing on yrds average, I’ll take that feat .. Barkley is gonna be a bigger challenge next week, imo.
- Donovan has filled in well for Kearse,..in space, in traffic ..and he brings a physical tone, we’ll lose him in FA this offseason .
Hooker is started at FS, but i saw Izzy M. in packages - per 3 safety sub.
- Liked what I saw for Barr who is still learning the offense and packages and getting more comfort-adjusted He’ll get better as he plays
- :LVE was active for 2nd str8 game.
- Two players I most criticized actually showed up big time in this game … Noah Brown and kicker Brett Maurer – i don't we win if not for Noah’s 5 catches for 91 yards contribution.
That greatly helped opposite Lamb,
- Schultz's fumble was critical and came at a momentum when. our momentum drive was twarted and had Cincy on their heels - then later came his eventual knee sprain.
- Armstrong did show in this game with 2 sacks - I thought Fowler also showed in this game. ..almost created QB sack-strip fumble.
