More importantly this off season would be when the decision is made to pick up the 5th year option. As of right now they probably wouldnt.

i think Lamb option gets picked up unless he totally sucks it up
If they don’t pick it then WR becomes number 1 need (after QB :D)

id rather keep Lamb and focus on QB, DT and OG and not create a high need at WR

I swear I thought it was going to be reviewed. I couldn’t believe it. They were celebrating all over and was waiting for them to review it. They never showed it again.
With an official on either side of the goalposts, the only time you might need a review is if it hits the post and bounces back, but I get what you're saying...It was hard to believe. lol

Agree. They may wait on a long-term deal, but they’ll pick up the option unless, like you say, he really falls flat this year.

I don’t agree
That actually was a push off and should have been called
LVE Med with the shoulder and hit below the chin strap, tgat should not have been a penalty

The LVE hit would have been a ticky-tack call, but it's been made before. That's my point. The officials didn't take the game out of the players' hands. I would have liked to have seen the push-off called, but I'll take that trade-off every game. There were some holds that could have been called, etc., but the officials only really called the obvious stuff.

So Gifford and Harper were active and Cox was not? What am I missing about Cox?
Cox showed me a tremendous nose for the ball in preseason. Did not see anything from Harper or Gifford. I am perplexed as well. Must be some thing we are unaware of. And remember Cox knocked the twerp senseless Daniel Jones out pf the game last year.

One of the most bogus calls all day. And they catch Dallas with hands to the face, but ignore it when it happened to Parsons. These refs are paid off no doubt. Inexplicable.

Well, Williams did push the LT's helmet off. I think that one was fairly obvious, which is what they were calling.

This front part of the schedule is the hard part. We are doing well to be 1-1. I like what I'm seeing from Cooper Rush and I admit I have some anxiety about what we are going to get from Dak when he gets back.
With ya 100 percent on all sentiments bubba.
Cooper isn't going to lead us to the Promised Land (IMO), but Dak needs to step up his game like never before.
There's no more time for him to have excuses if Rush can help beat a team that just went to the SB with the relative talent around him.
So very disappointed in Dak on Game 1.

Of course there may have been some mitigating circumstances like gameplan/player familiarity on the opponent's part, but we'll probably see a more focused D plan next week.
We'll just see how it goes.

Lmao. Same here.. Wife was in the other room with the dog. I was yelling I knew it. Knew he would F’ing miss it. Then saw the celebration. Lol. Hmm ok…
I yelled at my imaginary wife. Now that I'm on meds she doesn't tell back. It's very peaceful. But seriously I thought he missed it too. Check out the thread where me and @RonnieT24 talk about it. He has pictures of how it was good and why it looked like a miss. Once I saw the pics then rewatching it made more sense.

Lmao. After a few minutes of everyone saying he made it. I let it go. He really needs to kick those long ones down the middle..

To add on

Tyler actually got away with a couple of holds. Luckily they weren’t called.

The player offsides on the punt was #50 Devon Harper just FYI. It originally looked like it was Dlaw.

I think they need to get Turpin involved more in the offense. We haven’t seen him at WR yet which is silly. Let the kid stretch the field a little.

Speaking of holds. I thought Bohanna was getting absolutely mugged on many of the plays and don’t recall his opponent getting a holding call. The refs let the fellas play more than usual

Many were upset about the victory, including some on the forum.

To be fair, there were some but not many. It was the usual suspects.

They started with praising everybody but the qb.
Then it was declaring that the offensive line and wide receivers played like all stars.
Then it was declared that the OC is once again a genius
Then it was that the Bucs had a better defense last week
Today it was a defensive win

Watching it unfold is both predictable and hilarious
