And KingTuna -- whether you like it or not, the Pats and Boys have crossed paths with the same coach, QB, and WR. I had an interest when Drew went to Buffalo -- then gone, then Parcells picks him up. Interesting. And what I really find interesting is that Bledsoe still brings the same feelings to fans -- regardless of where he goes. I guess as a long time football fan I just can't understand it. The guy is a bum, period.

Here's how Brady won his first Super Bowl

1) The infamous tuck rule vs Oakland (exact same play that ended Drew's last playoff game vs Pittsburgh in 1997, but BEFORE that rule was made). Throw in not one but two miraculous FGs and tell me again why Drew couldn't have done that? Drew is 18-10 in his last 28.

2) Bledsoe comes off the bench and wins. Your theories were that Drew can't win on the road, can't win in the playoffs, can't win a big game, can't win vs. the top Defenses. All proven wrong right there and then.

3) Vinitiari with yet another game winning FG. Going into the final drive in the SB, Brady's rating was abyssmal. He had one great drive but no TD - a long FG.

Big Neil - watch Bledsoe another few years (if you have the misfortune) and then you tell me. It is clear. Stats mean nothing.

You obviously never watched the Patriots between Game 2 1989 and Game 11 of 1993, when they were a combined 14-61 (.187). Drew then took them on a 14-6 stretch (10 times fewer losses) and the Playoffs when he was 22. It was his Pats that dominated the AFC East after that, not Buffalo.

By subscribing to this point of view, Pettiti should have been Anthony Munoz because we draft OL every year.

If you want to convince me, start hitting on every 2nd day QB you draft. Face it! If the Pats would have known what Brady was, he would have been their first pick or 4th round at the latest. They may employ a stategy that has proven successful for them by always drafting a QB, but to say that drafting Brady was not luck then you are CRAZY! Anything other than luck and they would have taken him off the board much sooner.

The main ingredient in the recipe for success is a QB. Getting one in the 6th round is LUCK!!!! You have one - kudos. I am happy for you and jealous at the same time. Without Brady you are just the 2005 Cowboys with a good kicker.

Drafting Elway, Aikman, Manning and Palmer NOT luck. Drafting Brady where you did - MAJOR luck!

Patriots may have already found another gem at QB. Not sure when he was drafted, but Cassel looked pretty good when I saw him play.

Big Neil - sorry guy, Brady took the same team Bledsoe had and brought them, and oh won the SB. Period. Yes, there was a FG to win the game, but how did they get there?? Hello. Bledsoe with the same team had a losing record.

Bledsoe cannot, will never, ever win the big one. Cannot handle pressure. Sorry, I watched this guy play for years, in the stadium and just wanted him OFF the field. Yes, he had a great game every once in a while. I would rather have a consistent bum, at least you know what you have. On again, off again. But always OFF again with pressure. Always.

When Drew came off the bench and won the AFC Championship game it foiled the greatest theory of bashers: that Brady took over the EXACT same team and went from 7-19 (Drew's record between 1999 game 9 and 2001 game 2) to 12-3 (Brady's record as of then). Wise fans noted that the members of the 1999/2000 O-Line for NE were no longer playing in the NFL. They were that bad. But no, it was all Drew's fault. But then he comes off the bench and with the TRUE EXACT same team, he goes 3 for 3 with 45 yards and a TD (Brady as of then hadn't thrown a TD in about 5 games).

In 1995 the Pats were 6-10 and in 1996 started 0-2.

Bledsoe stayed in and with the EXACT team led them on a 13-3 run to the Super Bowl. If that had been Brady everyone would have said it was all Brady. No, teams in the NFL make small adjustments year to year that mean mostly wins vs. mostly losses.

Sorry Big Neil, he played a very short period of time in the Pittsburgh game. He was fighting for his job (it was gone already). Brady brought us to the Bowl, and won it. I am glad our coaches had the brains to see where the talent was.

So, stick with your thoughts. I wil look you up in a few years (oh gee, no) and see if you feel the same way. Darn, these stubborn Bledsoe fans. Still in New England, still in Buffalo and now in Dallas. OH NO!!! I hope this guy retires soon.

You should be thanking Bledsoe for winning the AFC championship game in Pittsburgh when Brady went down.

92 Cowboys woulda have riped your golden team a new one. MARK THAT DOWN

Pats fan?

How come you were drafting Bledsoe #1 overall? Thats right the worst record in NFL...... I was there 88-92. That was PATHETIC? Agree?

Parcells and Bledsoe quickly turned that team to Super Bowl. Rememember that run? I'm still on a 50,000 seat waiting list pre them was not sold out.

Bills pre Bledsoe/ You got it! 3-13 Post Bledsoe? Was that 5-11?
You got it.

If you don't see that our Oline play this year was putrid is crazy.

Yes, Brady went down in 1st quarter and Bledsoe won the game.

OK Big Neil, I am getting tired. Bledsoe is as good as Brady. Bledsoe will win the SB for you next year. Bledsoe is the greatest QB that ever played the game. Whew. Wait for it all to happen. Just wait, next year, it will happen.

In the meantime, we will just have to play with that bum Brady, while you ride off into the sunset with Bledsoe.

OK, hope you live a long, long time.

Face it, Brady will have his first playoff loss this season. Would have happened in all three of his first 3 games without Vinitiari and Bledsoe.
