He aint worth the trouble. Given his stats and disposition... I cant see how he can add anything to the team.... not more than Glenn.

Come around? Porter did have problems this past season TO have had problems for most of his career and that does not seem to bother some so why would this? As for the opinion on Porter that is all I was asking. Main reason is while I like Glenn and hope he remains I don't think it is a sure thing. He is due a 5 mill roster bonus and we are talking a guy heading into his 12 season add to that Dallas has TO contract to deal with, they have Romo to deal with, they just re-signed Gurode and have a couple more players who are FA that we will need to sign beside Glenn. The team may also be looking at outside FA. I do hope something it done to retain Glenn but I don't think it is a sure thing. One thing FA made sure of and that is you can’t have everything you want.

Funny thing about Tim Brown.He consistently ripped the team all season long on that halfbaked FSN show with him, Rodney peete, Jason Sehorn et al.

Porter number are about the same as Alvin Harper, he is a #2 guy with good speed so that is what he brings. I'm not saying Porter is some top WR and only asked the question because chances are he will come at a lower price. As for Glenn I hope they can keep him but again I don't think it is a sure thing. It very well could come down to keep TO and let Glenn go less likely the other way around but I would not be surprised or shocked if one of them is not back next year after all both players are looking at signing bonus this season and both have age on them. Hope I'm wrong

Porter hasn't been a productive WR since '03, no thanks
