Shampkin I’ve now read hurt his ankle last pre season game got an injury settlement and waived . Wouldn’t surprise see him end up on an NFL squad .

he doesn't have a lot of speed, but good feet. he will get tackled behind the LOS a lot and won't be able to get to the corner much. he is a 3rd string RB. fan favorite for sure though

This is the first I’m hearing he’s actually going to play Sunday . That’s great news . He was easily the the most talented toughest runner used in Pre season by Dallas . If he doesn’t chip in with at least 50 yards maybe a goal line TD I would be surprised .

Was high on him making the Squad and here’s a thought break the glass in the emergency clamoring for a WR and activate Brandon Smith as well , easily the best WR in pre season for Dallas .

I just hope Moore keeps it balanced and don’t just sprinkle runs in with a bunch of passes. Pollard can carry the rock 15 times easy. Problem maybe that they blitz a lot to see if Pollard can pick it up. Dak is really good at beating the blitz so may not be a bad thing.

Grant is on the 50 $ bill . US currency . Yards per carry is deceptive . The dude might rip off a 10-15 yard gain in one carry . Getting a Grant at the Bears pay window not out of the question if Pollard goes off gets himself a hundred Cowboys would be at 150 certainly not inconceivable at all.

Picking up the blitz is a main concern for both, but I'm very excited to see how Malik Davis runs. This is going to be a big game to look forward to, with Malik Davis and Damone Clark getting some playing time.

It will be refreshing to see another back. We have played the same two for years now and no one else generally even gets a shot. Being a third RB on this team is like being exiled.

Having said that my bet Zeke plays as he’s stubborn.

exactly...remember Rico Gathers... a legend in his own mind. a pre-season hero and pre-season HOFer....

Looked good in preseason.
Nice wiggle, feet and shiftyness to his game.

But not afraid of contact either for a not so large RB. Fast enough but not a burner. More quick than fast.

Again, he looked legit against pre season comp.
Time to see if those same skills show up against starters.

I like him so I hope so.

You gotta remember....he will have starters blocking for him too

He had a punch but not as much as Elliot. We need under the center runs. Quick whams or pitch or toss plays. Need to be up tempo and hit quick passes. Please don’t come out asking Dak to look for long developing pass plays.
