Thoughts on Mazi thus far

You want a pass rusher. We have those.

Mazi is a boring player, no doubt, but he makes his teammates better.

See some zoners forget the drumming we got in the hands of Rams 2-3years back ? and 4niners year before last year. When you get run upon and giving up first down after first down the D gets gassed and your offense sits on the bench. You give up scores and get behind , so offense has to pass all day to try and equalize but good defenses Make it impossible.

Mazi and Hankins are our defense against that, of course , D-law , Micah and Dorance too contribute against run , But the best pass rush will not help if we have a poor run defense ( Marinelli days - bend bend and finally break )
