This is the best start in the Cowboys history and the Cowboys played a determined team with their backs to the wall. And while a lot of these younger fans think Joe Gibbs is a joke he is a great coach who will always have his team ready for the Cowboys.

The Cowboy showed their heart and drive today and this was a great win which will make this team stronger.

I really thought this would be the time when we buried the Skins, just as much as I thought we would finally beat the Eagles and did. But you knew from the first stalled drive and the first Skins TD that this was gonna be another one of those nailbiters. And it was.

Campbell actually showed some ability, tho he threw behind his receivers more times than I can count, and it finally bit him in the arse. We contained Portis and made them beat us with a whittled-down WR corps and a young QB, and it worked.

They brought their A game and we brought our B game (a C but for TO) and we still won. I'll give them their dues this time - they fought tooth and nail and that must have been their best effort of the season - but it still wasn't good enough. Gibbs is a goner...

I really thought this would be our "easiest" game.

I wonder how much of our "sleepwalking" today had to do with us having two tough road games?

His point was that the game preceding the Turkey Day Game shouldn't be at home, not that Dallas shouldn't have the Thanksgiving game. It is a lot tougher on the opposing teams to have both the short week and then have to travel to meet a team that's been at home for the last 11 days waiting for them.
