Fact is claiming him as the best WR in the NFL is not a fact. Is he one of the top WR? yes

And I would add CJ money came before the rookie pay scale, which readjusted the market. I would venture to say it corrected that market - proof is Detroit's performance since. And they took a hit this offseason. I see it as a win win deal. Dez got paid, is receiving well deserved glory and the Cowboys are keeping a main cog on board w/o mortgaging future success.

I was disappointed at that sit out ploy/threat but we never got to see it happen so can't endlessly hold it against him as for all we know it was just a ploy.
