Rules don't allow them to play. League wants scoring.

Is what it is.....which is why I think we have half a shot if our defense is our weakness....whose isnt?

Even the Rams and Bears which supposedly have great defenses still give up plenty more than great defenses of old like the Legion of Boom Seahawks, Belichick's early 00s Patriots or the 85 Bears.
