The Cowboys are a great team this year. Dak/Zeke/Dez, the o-line, a team that doesn't beat itself, big time props and nothing but credit to how well the Cowboys have played. Easily the best Cowboys team since 1995.

The Commanders are finally playing as well as they should be playing. Beating down a depleted team at home in prime time is what a good team should do.

I can't think of the last time both teams had played 10 games and had 3 or fewer losses. You guys have taken care of business so this isn't nearly the must win game it is for the Cowboys as it is the Commanders, but still plenty on the line.

I am really pumped and looking forward to a classic.

Here is to the rivalry

Classy post.

Skins look like a tough out for sure-- especially after smoking GB last night. Should be a great one on T Day.

It would be nice if this kept up and we had the rivalry renewed. Its lost so much over the last decade plus. The 25 and under crowd probably doesn't understand how big Cowboys/Commanders used to be.

The '12 game was higher stakes for sure, but that was a 9-6 team vs an 8-7 team going into it.

This game doesn't send anyone home, but in my opinion we have 2 of the 3 best teams in the NFC playing.

It wouldn't surprise me if there is one more game between the 2 teams in January.

This is so true. To me the Skins are the only rival of the Boys. I dislike the skins with a passion unmatched in all of football. This game is HUGE....It goes back to the beginning and I would not have it any other way. Will be a classic game.

The travel schedule for the Skins is really tough. Have to go to Dallas after a late Sunday game and play on Thursday. But I think these teams are easily 1-2 in the division.

Going to be tough. Last time, if I remember correctly, Mo was playing well and Cousins was a little off for a large part of the game and it still was a close tough game. Now, Mo is out and Cousins is on a roll. Looks like a toss up to me.

Cousins was terrible last game. He missed 3 wide open TD and threw an awful red zone pick.

Easily his worst game of the season

Again, I throw out week 2. The Cowboys are a much better/different team and so are the Commanders

This is going to be a really good game by, arguably, the two hottest teams in football, right now. Tough outing for both teams and, as always, you can toss the records out. Division games between these two teams are always a dog fight. The fact that we're both making playoff pushes just adds to the intrigue. Can't wait for this one.

Meh. I'm much older than that group, but it was never much of a rivalry to me. My family lived on a military base in Missouri and I became a Cowboys fan there while I was just a wee lad. A few years later, I moved outside of Washington D.C., and that is only when the extent of the rivalry hit me. It was when I grew up among many Commanders fans caring so much about beating Dallas and the sheer annoyance of having it rubbed in whenever they did - me being the complete opposite of that mindset - that I became aware of it. Otherwise, I didn't really give a damn about it.

I honestly hate the Steelers and Packers more than the 'skins.

I thought it was weird how many Ravens fans at the game told me they hated the skins as much as we do. OK?
