We got to win this game to stay ahead of the giants or the game at meadowlands will be for the division lead and the giants would have beaten us twice.

Tired of them beating us at home. Both teams seem to play better in the other team's stadium.

Cousins has looked good hate to admit that, that receiving core is probably the best in the league, Vernon Davis has gotten second wind in his career. There defense on the otherhand still sucks. Cousins did have a terrible game against us last time, but EzE was still getting his feet wet and we can all agree he's completely a different back now. Dez and Dak are getting there chemistry down, and Leary starting has made our line even better. Lawrence on Moses or the rookie should work in our favor. I noticed our defense line kicks into second gear in the second half. Brown and Scandrick need to play lights out. Im expecting browns first interception this game

Bring it on, The Cowboys have beaten the Bengals, Packers, Eagles, Green Bay, Steelers and Ravens.
All were projected to be great teams going into the season. This has been an exciting season so far.
I think our offense takes it to em.

The Cowboys are a great team this year. Dak/Zeke/Dez, the o-line, a team that doesn't beat itself, big time props and nothing but credit to how well the Cowboys have played. Easily the best Cowboys team since 1995.

The Commanders are finally playing as well as they should be playing. Beating down a depleted team at home in prime time is what a good team should do.

I can't think of the last time both teams had played 10 games and had 3 or fewer losses. You guys have taken care of business so this isn't nearly the must win game it is for the Cowboys as it is the Commanders, but still plenty on the line.

I am really pumped and looking forward to a classic.

Here is to the rivalry
Side question, are your Hokies going to the ACC championship game?

Dallas had better be ready to score a lot of points. It'll take 35+ to win this game.

It would be nice if this kept up and we had the rivalry renewed. Its lost so much over the last decade plus. The 25 and under crowd probably doesn't understand how big Cowboys/Commanders used to be.

I'm 29. I don't care about the skins because of the reason you stated.

It would be nice to get the rivalry going though.

Indeed this will be a street fight for 4 qrts as it always is with the Commanders may the best team win and hopefully it's Dallas just like you hope it's Washington.

I like this much more than the fabled Quincy Carter-Patrick Ramsey matchups.

If I'm Jason Garrett (and I'm close with the dashing redhair and blue eyes), I'm doing to the Skins what the Skins did to Dallas in 2012: Run Elliot for 200 yrds.

I honestly hate the Steelers and Packers more than the 'skins.

I thought it was weird how many Ravens fans at the game told me they hated the skins as much as we do. OK?

I hate the Giants more than anybody, then Steelers and then Philly. I live in Virginia and have not had to hear much from Commander fans for a couple decades so no big deal anymore. I think the streak where we beat them like 12-13 straight mellowed me against them!

Pretty much.

We've seen defenses lose their legs in the second half on seven days rest. With Washington being on three days rest, the best strategy for Dallas would be to grind, grind, grind in the first half, hoping to keep it low scoring and close. Then run through them like a knife through butter in the second half. If Dallas gets trapped into a shootout through turnovers, special teams gaffes, etc, then they could be in trouble.

Both teams are different.

Commanders really didn't have a run game back then, now they are getting good performances from "Fat Rob". Their defensive line is getting after QB's, especially with Kerrigan, who is going to be a serious struggle for Free. Desean Jackson finally looked close to healthy after being hurt most of the year.

Dallas finally has Dez close to 100%....Commanders are going to have to pick their poison and either have Norman travel or try to double Dez all day...and single the rest....which means someone covering Hot Sauce one on one all day. Leary is in the OL now and has been more consistent than Lael. We have Tank Lawrence back and a different DL than the first time we played them. We do miss Church and Claiborne, but I saw Donte Whitner in a lot of coverage situations last night and I guarantee we are gonna eat him alive.

This will be a classic, tough, hard fought game that should absolutely remind people of what Cowboys vs. Commanders used to be like.

One year Emmitt and our other RB each had over 100 yards on them in the same game. Who was that guy? Chris Warren I think.

Jason Garrett played in that game!

I had a friend still trying to convince anyone that would listen that the Ravens-Steelers was the best rivalry in the NFL...He's also an idiot.
