They just said on the Fox Post game that Tennessee plans on resting their starters this week to get ready for the Jacksonville game. The Cowboys game win or lose doesn't clinch a playoff berth.

The Titans should rest players, but the one guy I wish the Cowboys would rest until the playoffs is Micah Parsons. Guy is just so beat up right now.

Can Dallas beat Tennessee without Parsons? Yes, especially if they take the meaningless game route.
