if you bought them, the bar codes should transfer to you electronically so he can't re-sell them.

Help me understand how they can legally do this. So you paid for tickets and then the same seller sold them again?

That should be illegal. You should not be able to sell tickets then resell them because someone bought them for more or whatever the case. At that point they are yours once you paid them.

Happened to us a few years ago when they played the Broncos. Future wife bought tickets for my bday and did will call, went to pick them up and was told they were sold twice. Never got in, felt worse for my two nephews who we took along and were crying outside the gate. Never doing will call again. Always used stubhub since and haven’t had a problem.
