2. Terrell Owens

T.O. has consistently established himself as one of the most productive players in the NFL and last season had 81 catches for 1,355 yards and 15 touchdowns. That added to his career numbers of 882 receptions, 13,070 receiving yards and 129 touchdowns. During the 2004 season with the Philadelphia Eagles, Owens suffered a severely sprained ankle and fractured fibula but did return in time to play in the Super Bowl, even though team doctors urged him not to. The Eagles lost the game and so went Owens' best chance at a title.

I fail to understand why random moron blog entries get posted here.

If the guy is correct, the SB winner will not be Dallas, NE, or SD.

I'd like my odds of those 3 teams over the 25 or so he hasn't discounted.

1. LT
2. TO
3. Chad Johnson
4. Carson Palmer
5. Edgerrin James
6. Randy Moss
7. Jason Taylor
8. Tony Gonzalez
9. Donovan McNabb
10. Morten Anderson

If 2004 with Philly was TO's best chance to win a ring, then why isn't McNabb as high up on the list as well. The Eagles are not as good today as they were in 2004.

This is not a rose-glassed forum. Everyone has the right to know what others think about our TEAM and our PLAYERS!

GO COWBOYS!

Actually, foxsports.com is pretty reputable. The list is absurd, though. There is no basis whatsoever for why these guys won't ever win a ring. Some of them are on very good teams who will contend this year.

Top 10 Reasons why some sportswriter feels the need to make a list that has no real basis and can't be backed up by any semblance of fact:

1. Because it's the only way he's going to get any attention.

Actually, that's pretty much the only reason.

That's not it. You can post hundreds of pro/con blogs here. The content of some is so stupid that it doesn't warrant posting. If this one made any sense, then by all means, post away.

But hey, who cares about content as long as we're not calling each other names?

this will change in Feb

Yeah, they'll be able to take Taylor off the list...:D

OK I kid, I kid...

It'll be Tomlinson...

You might want to put players who are in the twilight of their careers AND that they are on terrible teams... T.O. is on a very good team.
