I'm from Houston, been in Cali for about 5 years now.

We prolly played each other. I played at PJs, Houston sportsplex, papa blackleys (long time ago) never missed the Budweiser in BCS. Cajun Classic. Been around for sure.

Well, I did play at Univ of Texas and some minor league baseball

Don't have much speed anymore but I could still go out and field/throw and hit against retired pitchers......

I'm no fool....Tebow was a walking ad for adidas, who is selling a ton of bats and gear off this tryout.......but he had some skills or it would not have even gotten this far..... he has no chance of making it to the Majors, that is for certain

Dude looked ripped too. My kind of ball players looked like John Kruk.

Seems like he could make a lot of money doing...idk, something not playing sports. Speaking engagements, become a televangelist, etc.

He's doing the speaking engagements now.

I agree with you Haleyrules. He was fun to watch. If the Mets can get him to make contact on a regular basis, he could stir things up. I figured he would get picked up by a team that had a DH though.
