FWIW, I'd be really shocked (barring injury) if they bail on Sanchez after just gingi him a new contract, before the season even started.

I'n not sure if he's that bad.
But I promise you, there were 20-40 people (maybe much more) on this board that preferred Sanchez over Romo before last season. Hey, he had a great post-season record as a starter and was younger, so they wanted him over Tony.
It used to drive me nuts.

I am not going to get into a big tebow argument but I did find it fascinating that they scheduled a Press Conference for a back up QB. I don't recall ever having that happen unless it was a big time rookie who was just drafted.

I don't know what was worse. The jets FO setting that up, and then not being there because they were in league meetings or the number of Press there that required them to move from the regular PC area to the practice facility field.

Crazy stuff.
