Time for Stephen to step up

Stephen needs to step up and talk sense Into Jerry. Garrett and staff have fallen and can't get up. We have a young team and need fresh innovation injected into our schemes. These antiquated coordinators and puppet head coach need to go. I'm a former coach and I don't like to see coaches get fired, but, enough is enough!

By the time Garrett's contract is up, Stephen will likely be in complete control. Until then you just have to hope for more talent to be added.

My worry is Stephen will do the exact opposite of Jerry, and NOT spend any money on FA. Yes, the best way to build a team is through the draft, and over-spending on FA's isn't a good idea. Conversely, NEVER adding any pieces is also not a good idea (imo). Look at how much better the eagles got in one offseason.

With how Jerry spoke when he went with Linehan and Marinelli, Jerry's direction seems to be as long as the coordinators are fine, the team will be good and he can maintain Jason as his HC... The problem is, if we ever want to change the offensive playbook and terminology, what exactly happens, because last time, Garrett kept interfering with Callahan...
