OT -- I'm really into Asian cinema but I've never seen the movie in your avatar, are there any other movies out there that it might compare to?

Not really... It's Wong Kar Wai. If you're familiar with him, he's unique into himself. Chris Doyle is the cinematographer... great watch...
its on netflix... Last film Wong did was "Grand Master"... if you watch that, watch the director's edit.... he made a deal with the devil (harvey weinstein) and the theatrical release was ruined.....

I kind of liked Street when he was drafted, and I don't blame him too much for the turnover in the Giants game, because that really was a great defensive play in its own right. But this wasn't a great camp for Devin. I think he was more slowed by injury than was generally reported, and it was one of those nagging problems that robbed him of whatever passes for his top gear for a few weeks. But he is a good blocker and he's got sure hands when he does manage to get open. The challenge for him is just getting open more with Dez out of the picture.

Regardless, it's less a question of 'unleashing' him as it is one of him being where he's supposed to be and Weeden finding him. He's another guy, though, that should have some rapport with Weeds, so we might see his productivity go up a bit for the next couple of weeks. You know he'll be in the lineup since we'll also be running the ball more often.

I have more trust in AJ Jenkins. Streets is that bad. We got rid of the wrong WR.

But we spent a draft pick on Street, so he gets a little extra "leash" to try to prove he was worth it, which so far he hasn't really done.

Ipman 1&2 was better. I was disappointed in grandmaster

Doobie Brothers gave a free concert in downtown San Jose when they opened their light rail. I've been to hundreds of concerts, and that has to rank among the best of them. Legendary band. That was 1988 or 1989.

He is fluid and has good hands...Teams are going to try and double Terrance.

It's officially go time for Devin.

actually...it's time to just unleash hell on everybody..

I doubt teams will double Terrance. He doesn't warrant that yet. What they will do is pack the box with extra player. Single high safety with corners going one-on-one with Dallas WRs. I agree that Street needs to beat single coverage.

Don't waste time on Street when Beasley needs the reps.

He hasn't looked good the few times he's been targeted. Not expecting much from him.

Well I am expecting more out of the Pitt product. While he may not be a Dez Bryant he was a pretty good route runner in college. I hope he plays and plays well and in fact gets more opportunities before they pile him on the scrap heap. He needs a breakout game kinda like Miles Austin had against K.C. in order to establish himself.

And Gregory and McClain will be back then also. I really, really want to see that rush line where Marinelli lines up Hardy, Gregory, Crawford and DLaw at the same time.

With Lee and McClain behind them?

It's quite apparent that i should have reworded my post to say that it is time to throw more passes to Devin Street.

Unleash did not mean to unleash hell on the nfl like you would say in reference to a Dez like talent.

It simply meant to maybe give him a few more looks downfield.

Weeden just might do this.

Don't mind them. They'll take something you say out of context. You know just like the media.

At the very least it'll keep Beasley in the slot if Street is featured more.

I sometimes wonder here if reality is just a framed narrative and should be discarded

Kar Wai Wong is similar to Danny Boyle and Michael Mann in terms of visual aesthetics. I'd say move towards Korean cinema and check out A Bittersweet Life, or if you're looking for something visually pleasing, check out a movie called Enter the Void. Not an Asian director, but it captures Tokyo beautifully (Not to mention, in terms of camerawork, I consider Gasper Noe the modern day Kubrick).
