but man, on that shot, my emotions went like this....

timmy is sizing up the shot: "OH S**T"
timmy takes the shot: "OH S**T HE SHOT IT"........."OH S**T ITS IN LINE!!!!"......HOLLY S**T IT WENT IN!!!" proceded by screaming and celebrating between me and my girlfriend and my dogs started barking, lol, it was so awesome!!

If you can look at that shot and say it was all luck then you do not know anything about basketball.

It was luck. He attempted what 8 or 9 3's all year and only made that one? I'd say it was luck and strategy because nobody thought he could make that shot.

He could shoot threes if he wanted to, but he knows he's much more valuable to his team in the low post.

Everyone has their luck. I can't view youtube here at work. If Shaq or Amare were to make the same shot it would definitely be luck and at the right time as well. Duncan made the shot when it mattered and that killed us. It doesn't help that I hate the Spurs and to lose in 2 OT by only 2 points.

dont be bitter, give the man his props, its not like he has never hit a three in his life. if amare made that shot it wouldnt be lucky, but if shaq did then ya, cuz he has no form and never shoots from anything past 5 feet

I agree with this 100%. Shaq's form is so lousy, I'm stunned when he makes anything outside of a dunk or a baby hook.

But Duncan and Amare both have great shooting form. Duncan struggles from the free-throw line, of course, but his 18-20 foot jumper is a thing of beauty. He never shoots threes because that isn't his role on the team.

That said, I'll agree that I was more than a little shocked that the ball came to him in that scenario and that it went in. It was something you certainly didn't expect to see. That's not how you expect to lose a game if you're a Suns fan, so I can see them being stunned.

I'm not bitter really. It sucks, but not bitter. We left him wide open and he had tons of time to make his shot. It just sucks that we were winning the whole game and the Spurs as usual come back and squeak by. Of course it is our fault for letting that big lead slip away.
