Tired of Belichick's passive, vanilla schemes ...

Someone is incredibly slow on the uptake.

Not surprising he has a reference to Quincy Carter in his username.

That wasn't his point either. His point isn't that the coaches made mistakes, it's that people claim the coach makes a mistake everytime something doesn't go their way. If they had converted that 3rd and 7 on that running play the same people that criticize Parcells would have called BB a genius.

His post is basically trying to slap some sense into ignorant Cowboys fans.
That's actually a pretty good improvement on my answer. It all centers on what actually constitutes a mistake. It's one of those things that we really can't tell until after the fact. Moreover there is no guarantee that another playcall would have yielded better results.

Sir that is abstract thinking and there are a few that have problems w/that.

Also you must understand if you also disagree with a few you will be labled an idiot are a stupid fan, and your post become idiotic, foolish, etc. .

We are so fortunate to have so many pompus experts that want to enlighten us morons.......;)

Calling a running play on 3rd and 7 late in the fourth quarter to kick a field goal when your defense hasn't stopped Peyton all half? He was playing not to lose. He stands there like a zombie displaying no fire or emotion. Even his clothes are boring and predictable. A loss is one thing, but this was embarassing. The largest lead surrendered in conference championship history.

Face it ... Belichick is never winning a Superbowl without Parcells' players. No McGinnest. No Vinieteri. No Ty Law. No Ted Johnson. No Championships.

Nice. I found this thoroughly amusing and a great representation what posts look like around here anytime we lose a game. LOL.

Moronic and ignorant are not the same thing.

we might as well add satire on Caldwell dropping 2 ultra-critical balls thrown into his guts by brady vrs.................. TO drops on the year.......

..........it would bring alot of additional posters onto this thread........

anyone have a go

Last year against the Broncos when they lost to Jake Plummer.

Or earlier this year to the Colts at home, win that game and they are hosting today instead of playing on the road.

whoever doesn't like this thread, too bad, it's the same crap we hear everytime the Cowboys lose

"BP shows no emotion!"
"he's too conservative, running a draw on 3rd and 10!"
"bah, Bill hasn't won anything w/o Belichick and his assistants!"
"Bill is too old, he's gone senile and doesn't know how to coach anymore!"

You left out the most relevant quotes: "34-32." "0-2 in the playoffs."

I stand in awe of the greatness that exists in this thread.

Bellichick is nothing without Crennel!!!!!!

Great thread...GREAT THREAD.

It just illuminates many things.

:laugh2: :lmao:

Ya know what....I'm really surprised that none of us Parcells-nut-huggers didn't toss out the awesome "If you don't like it, don't read it" or, "You think it's stupid, yet you took the time to respond to it" defense, to those that expressed their disapproval of this all-time great thread.

We must just not be on that intellectual "level".

Is it because it isn't good or simply because you don't agree with it?

For the record:

Bill Belichick the last four years - Super Bowl winner, Super Bowl winner, Divisional Playoff loss, AFC Championship loss

Bill Parcells - Wild Card game loss, 6-10 no playoffs, 9-7 no playoffs, Wild Card game loss

HYPOTHETICAL:

Look at Tom Brady. He threw 3 INTs and just stood there patted the ball and got sacked 4 times. Fumbled twice. Made the Patriots OL look like crap. Tom Brady single handedly cost the Patriots the game. Face it Tom Brady has never won a Super Bowl without Deion Branch. He was embarassing.

Bledsoe Homers - Great satire huh? Yeah, think the Patriots are going to run Brady out of town. Truth hurts.

Hypothetical over.

You see there is no way to draw a relation between the two coaches based on their recent accomplishments. If Belichick was god among NFL circles still and the last four years were as anemic as Bill Parcells last four then it would be a great piece.

But has BB ever won a Super Bowl without Viniteri? :laugh2:

If the Colts win it all, he'll be the lucky charm. :D
