KSK compared Shedeur to Tyrod Taylor, and I really like that comp.
Tyrod's a gamer, he is (or used to be) pretty mobile, he's got nice touch, and he knows enough ball to operate a full offense. But he's small and has a weak arm. He's got a lot of starter traits, but doesn't have the physical talent to make starter plays. That's where I see Shedeur ending up as well.
Burrow isn't the toolsy-est guy ever, but his mental processing is outstanding. He's whiteboard smart, he anticipates unteachably well, and he never flinches because he has absolute confidence in his decision making. He's a special dude, and was making special plays his final season at LSU.
I just haven't seen that out of Shedeur. When he scrambles, he's looking for a Buffs jersey open somewhere downfield. He's not specifically watching the center of the field, because he knows he's got a TE on a stick route and rolling right will suck the LB away from him.
