Would be nice to know by the middle of the second quarter that this game is over.

Seems like one of those games where we get guys who aren’t the usual suspects getting some scores. Turpin, Hilton, Davis, a defensive score, etc.

We will probably end up playing a bunch of backups against Washington. So if the Titans want to rest some of their players this game I can appreciate the strategy of that decision.

I honestly would like to see Tennessee play all their starters. I want us to be battle tested for the playoffs. Playing against backups isn’t going to do us any good we found that out last season in the season finale against Philly’s backups. I would really like to see if we could handle Derrick Henry.

I believe we beat Tennessee regardless of whether or not they play starters they are playing bad of course we have a habit of making average qbs look good

Willis is a mobile qb and we couldn’t get to minshew so that’s a a bit of a concern but we should win
The commanders game concerns me more as they are a very physical team up from and chase young is back

Is this a critical game? I don't think so.
I can see starting everybody but I can also see pulling some Players as the game progresses .
win or lose lowering the fatigue level for the playoffs is critical

I would love to see a challenging game but it makes no sense for the Titans to play their starters especially King Henry. This will be like the Philadelphia game last season. I expect a 50 burger. Hopefully the Eagles lose and the Washington game will matter.

I'm hoping Hilton becomes a usual suspect and quickly.

Defensive coordinators are running that 3rd and 30 over and over in front of their DB's for the rest of the year if they have Dallas on their schedule. I would like to see Dak and T.Y. become a thing. Long balls for yardage and scores. Give defenses something to think about, and to push the top of the defense back. Just stands to reason the underneath throws and running game could do nothing but go up from there.

ya we need to win out. If Hurts does not play or his shoulder is really nagging him during play, it is possible they could lose out. Not likely, but it is possible.

Agreed. Loss to the Saints keeps division in play and hurts their draft position...double win for the Cowboys.

Agree 100%. Unfortunately Tennessee doesn't care what we'd like. If they don't bother to field a team against us, and then we don't play any starters in week 18 against the bloodskins, we'll be going into the first round of the playoffs soft.

To be honest, if I'm the Titans coach, I'd do everything in my power to give my team as much confidence as possible. It would be stupid for them to throw the game to the Cowboys. The Titans have been playing like garbage lately. A win against the Cowboys can go a long way towards winning that week 18 game for the division.

If they play their starters, then it will be a solid test for our team, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Winning against their starters would be a solid win and provide momentum building before the playoffs.
