Yes...he is. Vick is a run first pass second guy. Vick has been in the league for six YEARS now and people are STILL talking about him developing. It's crazy. Any other QB would NOT be in the league now or at best be a backup.

To be in the league for SIX YEARS and STILL have people talking about him needing to develop signals what? COACH-KILLER!

He's a RB who occasionally throws.
