What I think is pathetic is most rookie QBs are given slack when it comes to their game - IE passing, figuring out the defense, decision-making etc. in their first year. But, oh no, not Vince. Vince is expected to play - at the least like 2006 Drew Brees - right out of the gate.

I met a guy two nights ago who said Vince passes like "a girl" and cannot throw.

Vince has an amazing arm and led the NCAA in PASSING EFFICIENCY last year. That's right. OVER Cutler. OVER Leinart.

At this point in his career he does NOT have it all figured out - and how could he? It's ridiculous to say he isn't a passer and will never be a passer.

People look at his stats - but those of us that have seen nearly EVERY GAME he has played since he took the reins from Chris Simms/Chance Mock KNOW what he is capable of. But then we are labelled homers. Pathetic.

V. Young's stat line for today: passing 13 of 20 for 183, 2 td's 0 ints.; 8 carries for 61 yds, 1 td.

Young is the real deal, in time he'll become one of the best in the business.

I think the "labeled VY homers" are growing by the minute man. It goes with the territory. No sweat. I'm a "labeled" TO and ROMO homer. That's fine with me though because the labelers will rejoice right there alongside me when we push for Lombardi #6.

No doubt, Vick looks like a middle school player compared to VY!!!
