"With the 27th pick in the NFL Draft..."

I can see the meltdown now.

Seeing more and more NFL people, like myself, say that Yeldon is the 3rd best back in this draft.

I can live with him at 60. Would prefer a pass rusher but if Gregory and Harold and some others go off as expected early in the round, Yeldon wouldn't kill me.

that's good to hear. maybe the cowboys created that so he would fall...they do like them some Boise St players

He has the same problem Leary has. Problem is that his career could last 10 years or 10 games and there is no way to tell which one it is.

Does his top end speed concern you? I like Yeldon a fair amount, but that part has me wondering a little.

Don't get the hate. He protects the QB, has good burst and change of direction, he's a patient runner and has good vision, catches the ball well, and always falls forward. There's a lot to like.

That's what I think too.

Man this guy was incredible as a freshman...but I haven't seen that same skill set from TJ since

They lost McArron, Warmack, Fluker and Jones. Their replacements were much inferior. I see the exact same skill set with a lot less room to run. RG was always problematic but they couldn't get push up the middle at all once those blue chips left.

Saban would call crap like we did when our line sucked trying to move it around and use smoke and mirrors.

All of these factors lead me to believe he's our guy at RB. We want one to replace Murray, and that means someone who gets the dirty yards and does the dirty work like blocking.

Throw in the Saban connection and you've got a RKG.

My problem is I just don't see him as that much better or different than Allen, Davis and Langford. So I like the player, just not the spot hell be drafted

So is Ajaji's knee really jacked up?

Don't listen to floaty. he doesn't know what he is talking about.

Behind your knee-cap inside the joint there is a spongy type of cartilage that acts as a cushion to keep it from being bone on bone. That is torn in one of Ajayi's knee exposing part of the bone in the knee. Now depending on the tear and running motion it might not impact him immediately but it is a degenerative condition and the only way we know how to fix it is by microfracture where they perforate the exposed bone with holes and try and get a clot to form and regenerate the cartilage.

You know the success rate of that.

Now if the exposed bone does start rubbing then it causes your knee to swell up like a balloon and lots and lots of pain. It impacts training, the game, everything.

I think there will be a significant run on RBs in the 2nd round. The Cowboys may have to take one at 60 or trade down some. I don't know what will be there with their late 3rd round pick. You'd be getting into the might as well have McFadden start this year range.

Would not be upset at all if Yeldon is a Cowboy at some point tonight. Watched a lot of SEC football being in Florida. He's always getting positive yardage and is extremely elusive.
