After working in retail for many years, I have seen this first hand. People return a bunch of cheap innocuous items over time and you can accumulate some decent drug/beer money.

I used to walk out of Walmart with 4 cans of bucket paint, then return them to Lowe's or Home Depot for about $110 store credit. #collegehustle

I don't think every bad decision needs to be explained by some underlying and possibly undiagnosed mental disorder.

Some people are just stupid or have little regard for the rules.

If he were a kleptomaniac he'd have been caught in the act many times over, and he probably wouldn't have been on the roster very long to begin with because he likely would have been stealing from teammates.

I know right?! I remember reading that when the story came out and saying to myself, "Did I read that correctly?..." Then I read more about it realized that it REALLY was the name of that cologne. It's so crazy it's almost unbelievable.

He found himself ejected as a starter for the Dallas Cowboys. If he can't get his act together for that on the line, I don't know what to say - maybe he just plain out sucks or is a head case.
