TNew KState Highlights

Wow, i had forgotten how much faster he was compared to the college competition.

He just looks like he's in a different league than those guys in these highlights.

once he hits his peak he is the next champ b. hands down.

I believe he already is above chump as far as ability.

T-New has two main problems that affect his stats:

1. He hardly ever gets balls thrown in his direction.

2. When the balls are thrown his way, he does not look for the pick most of the time, he looks to make it incomplete or keep tabs on the WR he's covering. that is not a bad way to play, it just takes possible INTs away, hurting his stats.

I strongly believe that if he went for picks more often and QBs had the guts to throw his direction he would double or triple the stats of chump balogne

Hopefully we will have a better pass rush that will allow the CB to be more aggressive.

Someone please send that to Wade Phillips. We know Terrence is one of the fastest players in the league. Very cool video, thanks.

That reminds of all the times I wondered why the he** we didn't use him the way we drafted him? Deion returned punts, ran a few plays on offense when he was at Atlanta, SF, here, no one was worried about him getting hurt, sure he was taller and bigger but still a lanky guy.

If you recall, those first few camps Terrence would mention wanting to play offense, etc...I feel like we drafted an insane playmaker who was also a great corner, and turned him into a great corner. Now thats not bad, except, well, you drafted him for more than that and he could be more than that. that's why he was tops on many boards that year.

He has put on a ton of bulk since he came to the NFL. Hes probably one of the best, if not the best tackling CBs in the league.

I remember InmanRoshi posting a different video with an endzone angle of that blocked FG return for a TD. The look on Pete Carroll's face at the end was priceless.

Man, I can't describe how stoked I am to see how Newman develops in the coming years. He is definitly one of the best, if not the best, shut down corners in the NFL right now. He has yet to reach his full potential, but when he does, look out to all opposing WR!

I love Newman as much as the next guy, but he got beat a whole bunch towards the end of the season last year. Especially in the Detroit game.

I like the tackling highlights. I didn't know much about him pre draft, but I always heard that he wasn't a good tackler and didn't want to play the run.

For my money, Newman is one of the better tacklers on our defense.

that just shows how horrendous our punt-teams are, they can't block for crap, if Newman can't be a great returner, you know something is wrong w/ the blocking there, hope Bruce Read can fix that area of our special teams
