...it has clearly impacted him the past 3 weeks. His accuracy for one has been off, just because a 70% Mahomes is still dangerous doesn't change the fact that any more damage to that ankle injury could end up being a bigger problem in the future. It's about the long term not the short term. You protect your MVP franchise QB at all cost, even if it cost you a season.
