That's true they traded up 10 spots to 40, but still why was he at 40?

He was projected to be a late 1st, early 2nd round pick, i wanted the eagles to trade down in the 1st and select him (so glad they didn't), no idea why he fell, but the eagles were surprised as well

I think it was nobody knew if he had a true position. Looks like a really good slot corner.
