And that's why they don't do it. Nobody gets fired for playing it safe and going by the book.

It used to drive me nuts when Garrett would punt on 4th and 2 in opponent's territory in the 1st or 2nd quarter, and then they'd lose by a few points at the end. But nobody remembers those plays or points to them as the reason the team lost, when they absolutely are.
